Sometimes it's relatively easy to get ahold of a celebrities pictures. Take for example, Mandy Musgrave from the tv drama, South of Nowhere. Many people have attempted to create fake accounts of her using some of the pictures she has as defaults, or her friends post pictures with her and them on their site, which other people get ahold of.

It's also easy for certain fans to believe they're real too. I mean, who wouldn't want to get a chance to speak with someone who's famous?

you don't need " 's " after picture

the plural form of "picture" is "pictures"

they seem like the real famous person because some people are extremely gullible.

there are so many pictures taken of these people every day....there's no way a fan has seen them all

here's what you should do.......never, in your life, believe that the MySpace page actually belongs to that person unless they, through some other form of media, have said that it is their own personal site.

and even then...don't believe that they actually check it

It's quite pathetic how some people pose as others because they're uncomfortable with themselves.

Oh, and I've come across some false profiles of people posing as celebrities... and sometimes, they do it for 'role-playing' purposes. Awkward turtle...
