I heard that Friendster is based in San Francisco. Friendster's really popular here in the Philippines -- overly more famous than the MySpace community -- but is it a known online community there in the United States?

Friendster was replaced a few years ago by myspace. But there still is a small community in the Us. I heard Virb.com would probably be next

I live near SF and i never heard of friendster... Myspace is more used here.
