I wish I did not have to give answers to question regarding young people wanting to be famous because I do not want to dim any-ones dreams. Unfortunately, you cannot send your song to a singer. You have to have an agent, you have to have made a c.d. which you have to pay for, and then the agent has to push it for you.

The Industry is a very hard place to get into these days.

The best chance you have is to sing the song yourself on a video and put it on Youtube. Sorry, I don't have better news for you, but there is just no easy way to get "up there".
